Namahaum Solutions LLP — Verified Priest & Vendor Partnership Agreement

1. Role & Engagement

You serve as an independent contractor, not an employee of Namahaum.

• You will perform rituals/pujas/paaths/hawans and deliver services with professionalism, authenticity, and respect.
• You must ensure punctuality and sincerity during all booked events.

2. Required Documentation

To join Namahaum’s platform, you must provide the following:

• Government ID (Aadhaar / PAN / Passport)
• Proof of address
• Bank account details
• 2–3 photographs
• Ritual specialization details
• Language proficiency
• Experience certificates (if available)

Namahaum reserves the right to verify or reject applications.

3. Conduct & Behaviour Expectations

You agree to:

• Maintain respectful conduct with customers
• Avoid conflicts, arguments, or unprofessional behaviour
• Remain sober and disciplined at all bookings
• Follow traditional procedures as per user requirements
• Maintain hygiene and appropriate dress code

Any violation may lead to immediate blacklisting.

4. Earnings & Payments

• Namahaum will share compensation details per booking transparently.
• Payments will be released within 48–72 hours after successful ritual completion.
• You must mark the service as “Completed” in the app for payout processing.
• Cancellations or user disputes may affect payout eligibility.

5. Travel & Logistics

• Partners are responsible for their own travel costs unless otherwise specified.
• For delayed arrival due to uncontrollable events, notify Namahaum immediately.

6. Samagri Responsibility

Depending on booking type:

• If Namahaum provides samagri, you must check completeness before the ritual.
• If you bring your own samagri, ensure quality and adherence to tradition.

7. No Agency or Employment Relationship

• You acknowledge that you are not an employee of Namahaum.
• Namahaum is a platform, not a temple or religious authority.
• You cannot represent yourself as an official Namahaum employee.

8. Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose:

• Customer personal details
• Booking information
• Ritual preferences
• Internal platform data

9. Termination

Namahaum may suspend or terminate your access for:

• Misconduct
• Fraudulent activities
• Poor user ratings
• Repeated cancellations
• Violations of this Agreement

10. Liability

• You are responsible for the accuracy of rituals performed.
• Namahaum is not liable for your personal conduct, interpretations, statements, or actions.
• Any damages caused at the customer’s location are your responsibility.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Indian law, and disputes will fall under Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh jurisdiction.
